Anybody wondering how often a super heavy wins best lifter ? NOT VERY OFTEN ! I read some old PL USA's today and couldn't find any examples. Alot has to do with Chris' body comp.; big guy with the same or lower bodyfat % as some 242's or 275's. Great example of being strong without being bloated. Holding 10-20lbs of fluid simply kills your %'s when using most lifting formulas. Congrats to a great friend on a great day!
