I have been using bands off and on for several years now for my bench training. I always cycle (rotate) different bands on each workout. My set up is in a power rack with heavy dumbbells anchoring the bands. I always double loop my bands thru the dumbbells and over the bar. I know the tensions are going to be different for every lifter but I'm just looking for an estimated amount (tension) for each band, minis, smalls and average bands. I used to have this written down but can't find it.

This is prolly the most accurate band tension chart I have seen. I am 6'1" and those are the tensions that I came up with by measuring with a scale. Nice to see an easy chart.
