went to the dr. yesterday and had an ultrasound. everything except the dead part of the kidney looked good he said. she is now off restriction and can do just about anything. the first thing she asked was, "does this mean i can go down the slide at school tomorrow?" how cute is that. it's just the simple things that make them happy. the only thing we have to do now is take her every 6 months from now on and get her blood pressure checked b/c of the loss of part of the kidney they say sometimes it causes problems there but not always. again thank you for all the phone calls, visits, gifts and thoughts. you all are my second family. thank you
