I have trained at all of them. I enjoy each one differently. Each atmosphear is different for sure. I have not trained in Monroe yet but will soon. I do miss GCBB in Mt. Airy. The reason being was the large great group of lifters weekly on Fridays up there. The place was intense, support all over and I learned alot there. Too bad that cant be relived. I also miss ECBB. The first place I really started at with so many others. What do yall think?

i wish i could've trained at ecbb, but it seems i was a lil late arriving for that. i've lifted everywhere but the shed and ac fitness so far and for equipment and atmosphere its damn hard to beat iron country fitness in monroe with team torture.

I haven’t trained at all of the above gyms, but ECBB was my first experience strength training and seeing heavy ass weight being thrown around. The second time I went there was a Friday night and I met Mike White and Barry Williams. There was a large group of guys benching including Chris Clark, Chris Cooke, Big Barry, Ox, Travis Mash, Joey Smith and Sam Byrd. I couldn’t believe my eyes at the amount of weight they were pressing, not to mention the size of Chris Clark’s back..lol. That place had hardcore character.

I have never trained at any of these places. I would say the old House of Payne gym had the most inspirational atmosphere I have ever lifted in.
