Everyone has that one exercise that they hate and don’t do often because it kicks your ass or because it may cause some discomfort. What is your least favorite exercise?

Pull ups for me. It causes the shoulder to feel like it's going to dislocate... not good!!

what about push backs? i really hate those. you know push yourself back from the table.
