Barry I voted I'm stronger, but I don't really know? I think at my height, 200lbs plus is when I'll be at my best or thats the plan.

cant really answer this one well, never had to cut weight at all but i've never been heavy either.

I regret taking diuretics to drop weight. Sorta' like running away from those in my weight class. Most weight loss products/drugs are the most harmful shit you can use to start with. Why fight the weight when you could just watch what you put in your mouth. Being strong ain't being fat or bloated. When you look at the top lifters in the light weights up till the 275's, you don't see alot of wasted weight. Kennelly is a prime example. 308+ but with a semi normal body index.
