Watching everyone helping the lifters out today showed me the difference in Power lifting and Body Building. Shirts were jacked, belts were pulled , and wrists were rapped all day and nobody lifted without hearing some noise from the crowd. That's how it should be at all meets.

Barry I musy say our group/team has be one of the largest and most unified groups I have ever seen....we bring our spouses, kids, brothers , sisters, whatever they are all there in full force....it is great to know we all have each others backs and are ready to help....It was awsome seeing so many of our team mates and friends there that were not lifting (and there was alot) helping in everyway possible....we have traveled to GA., SC, Ohio, Vegas, Clayton, Mt Airy, and all over the place and we are always 20+ deep!....that means alot and shows everyone we are one....great support as always everybody....

Stuk, how close are you to North Georgia Barbell? I'm about 4 to 4 1/2 hours from the Marrietta area, I go up there once in a while for Ford training classes.
