I luckily get to lift some fantastic people here in NC....But for me and what he has done for me nobody knows about benching like Chris Cooke....He is a master bencher....He has earned is PHD is pushing alot of weight....this guy knows what he is doing and I watch him each week transform someone into a benching machine....this man is the real deal....I was curious if he would do it and how many people would be intersested in learning from the man....everyone vote and lets make this happen....

Just to fully appreciate Chris Cooke's teaching abilities....yesterday in Clayton once again his teachings and methods where seen in full display....three lifters whom Chris has advised and given tips had big days....my training partner Rodney Coates hit a big PR of 600#'s bench (that was a 70# meet PR!)....big Joe from AC Fitness busted out a 425# bench which was a big PR for him as well and also Lil Ben Hooker going home with gold....this proves again the impact this mans teaching has....thanks Chris for all you do for our powerlIfting community here in NC....

Cookie,
I don't know about hangin' up the bench just yet. I think you have much more, you just got to get healed up. As for the teaching part - believe me when I say that you have the knack for doing it. You have the ability to find what each lifter needs and present it to them so they understand it. I have seen you transform people's benching. Remember - just being a great bencher doesn't necessarily mean you can teach it. You have both!
A bench seminar? Hell YES!
