Im interested in seeing what a typical day is like for some of you guys.Im still making the Bodybuilding/powerlifting switch so I need some diet help.Im currently 5 ft 8 190 lbs.16%BF
If you could list your daily regimen(food),Id greatly appreciate it..

Here is a sample of what I typically eat on a daily basis:
Breakfast: 2-3 eggs with wheat toast, juice, coffee, multi-vitamin, flax oil
Mid-morning: Oatmeal with some vanilla ice cream on top Protein shake (meal replacement type) with 2% milk and creatine Plenty of water in between meals
Lunch: Good sized sandwich with wheat bread, milk and fruit
Mid-afternoon: Raw nuts (almonds) or oatmeal, or protein bar and fruit Protein shake (meal replacement type) with 2% milk and creatine Flax oil tab and plenty of water
Supper: Lean red meat, chicken or fish (salmon) with veggies, dark colored carb, and more milk. Maybe some ice cream for desert
Protein shake (meal replacement type) with 2% milk
I’m about 5-8 with a body weight of 195lb

I think Im on the right track...
meal 1-
1 large bowl of oatmeal w/ 1 scoop of vanilla flavored whey protein.
meal 2-
6 eggs(2 yolk) 2 slices of wheat toast
meal 3-
Muscle milk
Meal 4-
2 egg sandwhiches on wheat bread(light mayo or ketchup)
Meal 5 lean red meat,chicken or fish w baked sweet potato,brown rice or steamed veggies or Ground chicken sloppy joes on wheat hamburger rolls
-Creatine before and after workout,multivitamin,calcium w/ d,fiber,joint fuel.
