I find it makes my performance go through the roof. I do my research, find what works best for me. I know what a lot of people think about it, but it's my body, and I can put juice in it if I want. Hell, you can say it's the juice lifting the weight, but I know it's all me, baby.
I like to stack a lot of the well known stuff, Orange works great (of course) and the gains tend to last even when I'm not on it.
I get a killer synergistic effect if I throw in some Mango with Pomegranite in the middle of a 4 week Cran/Apple/Grape cycle. I find a dose of 1 liter per day of Cran/Apple/Grape, stacked with 1/2 cup of Mango and just a few Tbsps of Pom really helps me see freakish gains.
I mean, I'm not gonna lie, the side effects of this heavy usage can be hell. The cavities, the sticky fingers, the weight gain, the "sugar rage" (as the media likes to call it).
When I'm not on the juice I tend to feel sluggish and slow in the gym. People around me notice how my lifts go down a bit, so I don't stay off cycle for too long.
