I have just recently found the answer to that question. For the past week I have been working both a day job all day at the YMCA and 3rd at my other job. I also took that time off trom the gym. During that time I managed to eat very little (McD's) and take no suplements. I also got only 2-3 hours of sleep a day. Today was my first day back in the gym so I tired a little ME bench. I could not even get 2 reps out on the top weight of my warm ups. I struggled with everything I put my hands on and had to modify my workout to fit my new found weaknesses. This shit sucks and I recomend it only to the people I hate. Its like going back 6 months in time.[shadow=red,left,300] [/shadow]

Yeah today was the worst day of my short career. I will remember this feeling the next time I decide to slack off. I am taking a new position with the Y that will make it hard to workout with you guys. I will try to make it where I can get there on ME days. Basically the same as before. I can do auxiliary on my own

No sleep=little GH release from the body. All the drugs, supplements, or weights in the world won't work without the body repairing itself. Your probably better off not training during the periods when you know you'll not get everything you need. You can expect atrophy and strength loss; worse than over training.

trust me i know all about the no sleep deal. i usually come in on friday nights with 1-2 hours for that day and that is the ME day. hard to deal with man. just take naps if you can. i sleep 3-4 hrs in the am and about 1 in the pm. third shift is killing me pretty quickly. just don't forget the food and supps. those are a must for us.
