Thanks to Joey for the great article on tendinitis! Now I have a question, I have had problems with tendinitis in my left wrist for years, it comes and goes. As I have started to increase the weight of dumbbells I use I have noticed the tendonitis is getting worse. It only bothers me when I do exercises like db bench press, shoulder press, things where the weight is over my wrist. It normally doesnt bother me when I use the bar, just the dumbbells. I am not sure if I am holding them incorrectly or maybe need to wrap tighter or what...any ideas? Thanks

Mike, I do have wrist wraps and they are the titanium 24 inch wraps. I am just not sure if I need to be wrapping tighter.

Make sure the dumbell is not resting up on your fingers let it rest more towards the bottom of your hand, you could try wearing a light wrist wrap not sure if I would crank it down hope this helps good job on your traing looking strong.Littleman
