I made an engineering drawing of one that can be sent to a metal fab shop for a quote on one. I could send it to a local fab shop and get a price if you are interested.

Joey I have an extra piece of plate left from makeing mine, I can cut it out and bend the lip in it but can't promise anything on getting it welded up it took the guy 2 months to do mine. Finished or not I can bring the plate to the SC meet in 2 weeks and you can take it by a welding shop and have them weld if up pretty cheap I would think.
Oh and I won't leave any burnt skin on yours like I did mine.

John told me to make mine 18x18 1/4" plate with a 3" lip at a 45 weld a pipe in the center, thats all the material you need. Should weigh right at 45# like that, I made mine 18x24 with a 4" lip (I didn't feel like makeing an extra cut, the plate was already 28". I was going to make Joeys the same way hopefully I can get the guy to weld in up in the next 2 weeks.

Update, I finally got the plate cut out and bent my buddy suppose to pic it up this weekend and weld it up for me. Its not the prettiest thing in the world, the plate was pitted pretty bad from rust but its a sled now.
