My real name is marques Scot i got the name badrock from this strong stone creature in a comic book from the early 90's. Im 23 years old, from southern IL i have a bulldog named tatum. To be honest i didn't even participate in sports at all untill my jr. year in high school when i went out for football basically from a dare or bet. I went out for football and 2 a days killed me, but at the same time i fell in love with the sport, so the next year i worked hard lifted hard did speed camps, conditioning camps and all of that, i started my senior year had 5 sacks and like 27 tackles we went 14-0 and i happened to get noticed by a couple of schools. I got offered a scholarship to monmouth college and i went and played my second year basically when i noticed i started to like lifting more than football, i was already the 4th strongest person on the team my sophomore year. Thats pretty much how i got into powerlifting. It pretty much comes natural i had already squatted 500 and power cleaned 315 my freshman year in college i guess its genetic, my father played running back at the university of california, a couple of my uncles did amateur bodybuilding. Im just now really learning alot about the sport, a couple of goals of mine are to squat 800 raw before im 30 and to bench 500 raw, and just see what happens from there. Im doing my first meet September 9th, i've never done a meet beforei guess simply because of nerves dont wanna get nervous and miss a lift, but im swallowing that and will be competing september 9th Deadlift only and i plan to do a full meet october 21st, but we will see. Im just gonna list some of my best gym lifts
