here are my lifts from nerb.
sq-635/670/705
bench-425m/425/440miss--- not a word! my shoulder is fucked!
DL- 600/650miss not shown/675miss-- the 650 was BS and was givin the down command
before i finished it as easy as the 600. dont know what happened on 675 tho
1730--really a 1780 raw
i won the middle wirghts (up to 220) and placed 2nd in the over all pound-4-pound. Not bad, but still short of an 1800 like i wanted. oh well, next time.
