Military presses 95- 4 x 8.
rear delys 55- 4 x 8.
laterial db raise 25's- 4 x 8.
Front plate raise. 45- 4 x 8.
Im not a very strong bencher and never have been i like sqaut and deadlifts the most

ME BENCH BAR- 15 135- 2 X 8 225- 1X 5 ADDED A KATANA SHIRT 350- 3 X 5 OFF 4 BOARDS. JUST HAD A SMALL PROBLEM STAYING STABLE ON THE BENCH. BUT I GOT THTA PROIBLEM SOLVED. ADDED A KARINS DD SHIRT AND PLAYED AROUND WITH IT.

SQUATS 135- 2 X8 225- 1 X 5 315- 1X 3 . 365- 1 X 2. 135- 1 X8 DID WIDE STANCE ON THE MONOLIFT NEVER USED ON SO IM JUST NOW STARTING TO DO SQUAT S AGIN SO I TOOK IT LIGHT TRYING TO LEARN NEW FORM.

zercher squats 135- 4 x 8. First time doing these so i went light
leg curls 4 x 8- 130
leg extions 4 x 8- 90
calf raises 4 x 8- 255. I would do more but 255 is all thats on the machine
