I'm going to beat the old drum here (I'm sure you've been asked a million times already).
Bands, what types are good ones to use?
Chains, how much weight per chain? I'm assuming it varies based on your ORM?
Shirts, for a tricep presser, what's a good brand of shirt? I've read the fluff from the vendors, where Titan claims to be better for a lower groove, arched bencher based on the cut of the arms. But, I still see big numbers coming out of guys using Inzer. I have a guy about my build who said he'd lend me an Inzer Blast, just to try it out, and as I've never used a shirt, I think I might start there, but if I can get gains from the shirt, and want to upgrade, I'm a little confused and would appreciate any feedback.
Thanks again for the past info! Great forum, and I'm definitely going to start posting a training log.

bands- jump stretch bands (elite fitness) chains- 12 lbs per 5 ft piece will get back to you on site to buy can't remember (very expensive) shirts- INZER all the way let me know how you feel after the blast shirt but you'd be better off wearing a tight t shirt. get an Inzer rage to start and go from there.
