My question is about volume, i've heard the whole "less is more" saying and then i've heard more volume is needed, which do you prefer and why and does your volume differ for shirt training and raw training?

i have been doing a split type training, one week shirted for either a triple or single. the next week raw for 5 or 3. ( right now all raw due to injury) i really like this approach b/c it gives you a break from the shirt. when i shirt up i handle well over 900 and a lot of times over 1000 so i need the next week to recover. as far as accessory work (back, shoulders, tris) i think more is better. i really like to hit these areas at least 3 times per week. sometimes i'll do 8 sets of one exercise and others just 4. depends on how i feel and how much time i have. short 30 min. training on the day after my heavy day and light day really help me recover. i'll look at your log when i have time and see what you are doing. hope this helps. if i didn't answer all of it hit me up again.
