squat only 935 benches 600-650-675 dl 675 then damn close 795 dl with passout...and hard ass song will work..Thank you very much !!!

Trea I can not thank you enough for the time your spending on these vids for our lifters....you are doing a great job....this gives all our lifters exsposure and props from their peers watching them in action....same as this board....giving people an opurtunity to be seen, exsposed , and heard to let others know (because the world has access to this and you dont know who may see this stuff)....we have not had a central location for our lifters to be reconized and seen....we have that now....meets are being turned in, records are being established and updated, pictures are being posted, and with your contributution of videos (the thing people want to see the most of) we now have a place to fully display our talents on the platform....I hope that everyone feels the way I do and I am sure that I speek for everyone in saying that it means alot what you are doing bro!....thanks again Trea!....  Not a problem Joey glad I can do it. I wish the room had more lighting thats my only complaint about the vids they are very dark can't really make out anyones face, kinda makes it difficult to pick out who's who sometimes when I'm editing these. I've brightened them up as much as I can but not alot I can do. Next time I'll get someone to get with Will and maybe add some lighting if needed, and maybe set me up a place by the audio equipment for me to shoot vids from. I wished I would have moved over there earlier on the bench vids, they picked up on quality after I found an empty spot behind the aduio table. I plan on being in Clayton in Jan and I'll be doing the vids again. There's better lighting in the gym so it will be a better quality video. |
